Catalina Sandino Moreno Cast as Maria in Eclipse

Beautiful Latino actress Catalino Sandino Moreno has been cast for the role of Maria in the third installment of the Twilight Saga Eclipse. Maria is the vixon vampire who changed Jasper from a noble Civil War officer to a bloodthirsty vampire. Catalina is most famous for her role as Maria in the independent film 'Maria Full of Grace." Other new faces we will see in Eclipse include Jack Huston (who will play a human who lived during the Great Depression), Xavier Samuel (who will play Riley, Victoria's newborn vampire companion), and Bryce Dallas Howard (who will take over Rachelle LeFevre's role as the revengeful Victoria).

Summit has confirmed that Xavier Samuel has been cast in the role of Riley in the third Twilight saga movie Eclipse. Xavier is a twenty-five-year-old actor from Australia. In Eclipse the novel, Riley starts off as a plain old human college student, only to fall under the spell of the increasingly vengeful Victoria and, as a newborn vampire, joins her crusade against Bella.

Xavier Samuel Cast as Riley

Summit and The Daily Telegraph have officially confirmed that Xavier Samuel has been cast as Riley in the third movie of the Twilight saga Eclipse, which is set to be released next June. Riley is the vampire companion of Victoria who she put in charge of her newborn army.

“I’m in a bit of a daze but it’s a wonderful bit of news,” Samuel exclusively told Confidential from Los Angeles last night.

“I managed to catch the film on the way over on the plane,” he said. He admitted he’s not read any of the best-selling books of the series – yet.

“I’m going to start reading the first one tonight.”
